I enjoy HR! I graduated from Greenville College with a BA in Mathematics. Eventually, I found my home in HR, and earned a Masters in Management with a concentration in HR from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee. Since 2000, I have served as the HR Director of The Salvation Army's Wisconsin and Upper Michigan Division. We currently have over 730 employees for which we provide service. I also serve as the lead instructor for an online HR Management class through Booth University College.

My life outside of work revolves around my family and community activities. I am a devoted husband, and father of four incredible (and of course, gifted!) children, and absolutely love my family time. I serve on the boards of the Oak Creek-Franklin Foundation for Education and the PTO at my kids' elementary school.

I am also involved in my church, especially with our worship band. Other things that interest me include baseball; American History, particularly the Civil War and WWII eras; writing; reading; politics; and classic movies (I'm a big Abbott & Costello fan!).
