I was born and raised in Owensboro, KY (Western KY) in a home building family. I went to School at Daviess County and I played Soccer, Tennis, and Snow Skied (and still do today). I attended College at The University of Kentucky where I Earned two Business Degrees - BA Marketing and BA Finance - and graduated with Business Honors. A year later I obtained my Masters Degree in Real Estate. I am a proud Member/Alumni of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and held the Offices of Social and Rush Chairman while in college. After college I decided to take the once in a lifetime opportunity to backpack through Europe for an entire summer. My buddy and I rode the Euro Rails and stayed in Hostels in over 20+ Cities in 14 different Countries all over Europe! It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. My career aspirations brought me to Atlanta, Georgia in 2005 where I joined the National Top 10 Builder, Beazer Homes. I was the youngest person on the sales team and eager to prove myself. After my first year I had become the lead Closeout Sales Agent for our Atlanta division. I was top 5 in sales every year. While at Beazer Homes I was recruited by The Marketing Directors, who are recognized as the leading marketer and exclusive sales agency for condo real estate in the South East. Trump Towers and The "W" are two of the many developments we represented. Since living in Atlanta I have also continued to be an Ambassador for my Alma Mater, The University of Kentucky, by joining and becoming an officer for the Greater Atlanta UK Alumni Organization. I also created a group called the ATL CATS which has now grown to over 500+!! The ATL CATS group has raised Thousands of Dollars for Charities in Kentucky and Atlanta (such as Children's Miracle Network, and Habitat for Humanity) all while providing a really fun atmosphere and networking group for fellow Kentuckians to connect or reconnect with other KY Alumni, Fans and The Big Blue Nation living in the Greater Atlanta area. I have worked in Atlanta for the Fortune 500 #1 and #3 Largest Builders in the Country, as well as, the #1 Condo Sale Company in the South-East. I learned how to become an expert in Real Estate and used my Insights and Marketing Abilities to generate Millions in Sales for these companies along the way.
