William (Bill) Krautter

William F. (Bill) Krautter is the President of Statistical Service Corporation of Austin (STATCO), Austin, Texas’ oldest and largest commercial data processing service bureau. He is also the principal partner of MIS Software Company, LTD a software company formed in 1986 to serve the real estate industry. MIS Software formed LeaseASP Joint Venture with Uniquest in 2002 to serve the automobile leasing industry. In June 2011 he became Co-Founder of OfferLogix, LLC to expand the technology developed in LeaseASP to serve the automobile dealer marketing and advertising industry.

He received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) in San Marcos in 1977, with a concentration in Accounting and Computer Science. In 1981 Mr. Krautter received his Certificate in Public Accounting (CPA) and later the Certificate in Data Processing (CDP).
