Michelle Whalen

I have always had a passion for teaching people. I worked as a restaurant manager for several years, focusing my attention on the training that new employees would receive. I feel that the more that people are set-up for success, the happier and more confident they will be.

While I loved working in the restaurant, I decided that I wanted to pursue my career as a teacher. There is nothing more special than the bond between a teacher and her student, and I wanted to be a part of that. I love the "ah-ha" moment that children get when they are working with a new content. I desire nothing more than to be the most outstanding elementary school teacher that I can be!
