W. Todd Harvey

Born and raised in Warm Springs, GA.

Graduated from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law in 1994, Mr. Harvey is managing partner of long term disability law firm, Burke, Harvey & Frankowski, LLC. Mr. Harvey handles various aspects of the practice including dealing with insurance companies, filing for long term disability benefits, appealing denied claims, and ensuring that clients receive the benefits that they are entitled to.

Mr. Harvey and his associates have succesfully won, appealed and litigated against some of the largest insurance companies in the United States.
