She is an ambitious woman, educated with an emphasis on African and African American studies. At a young age, and growing up in a rural, country community she became fascinated with the Civil Rights Movement and her passion grew from there.

She has been through everything life has had to offer. From homelessness to the luxurious life and back again. Today she strives to build a solid foundation and is working her way back to the top, the proper way.

Currently, she is pursuing a career in Journalism, Law and Immigration services. In 2012, she became the founder of a non-profit organization that collects clothing, locally, for orphanages in African and Caribbean countries.

Much of what you will read on her blog is a reflection of life experiences. From relationships to politics. Race relations to movie reviews. She is frank, honest and quite often will be the "devil's advocate".
