My name is Rachel Joan. I was born and raised in the same small town. I went to the typical high school, graduated and my friends disappeared.
I was between 160 and 180 pounds throug hout Highschool and was a size 12 at graduation. When starting my journey I was 240 pounds, 56 percent body fat and 30 percent water. Please follow me on my journey! This is a daily bog to help me stay focused. It's great therapy.
