The excellent quality teacher training delivered to me by Early Childhood Ireland has meant that I also teach to a high standard of expectation. This means my planning preparation and delivery of lessons must be exceptional so as to introduce a high quality childcare practitioner into the professionalised field of child care and education. Ensuring each learner therefore becomes competent and confident in ensuring that children have the best care and education that is rightfully theirs. In this regard, I continually strive to improve on the content and context of each of my lessons. Being creative and enthusiastic means I can adapt so as to bring variety to the learners and the teaching and learning environment.
