When Children CRY seeks to become a powerful national organization dedicated to leading lasting community changes. Our mission and vision is to bring awareness to the world by addressing the underlying causes of the most significant issues, causing failure, of our community systems to provide proper health, education, protection and care for successful well-being of our broken and damaged children and their families.
Teri Broadstreet' is a survivor of exploitation and Human Trafficking who wears many hats. She is also the mother of three, including a special needs child.Teri is a blogger, writer and author of the book MindCRAFT, destined to become a #1 bestseller. In addition, her biography Freebird, is forthcoming in 2016. Teri lives with her special needs child on the outskirts of a small community that also happens to be the furniture capital of the world, High Point, North Carolina. She loves reading, writing, and her sweet, little, maltese puppy, Sugar, formally known as Razzi Taz, who by the way loves strutting her balloon, with ribbons streaming from her mouth around the house, that came from the grocery store like the other kids, but to Teri, she's known as therapy. Teri loves poetry and accepts the fact that she is a hopeless romantic. She loves listening to music, and uses it as her inspiration for setting the writing ambiencemood.
