About Me

I’m Andrew, a martial arts instructor and private security professional in Eugene, Oregon. I have approximately 30 years of experience in the martial arts. I emphasize the traditional, as well as modern MMA, and the tactical focus of defensive martial arts training. I teach private lessons as well as small groups and can host seminars teaching Taekwondo, Kali, combative self defense, women's self defense, youth martial arts, and also martial arts and tactical defense for private security providers.

I have a variety of experience in the private security industry such as working as club security, security officer, and asset protection detective with experience in site monitoring and protection of property and people, guarding buildings, apprehending shoplifters, alcohol monitoring, crowd control for events such as concerts and sports games, and bouncing for bar/club security.

• Level 2 Instructor Ensayo Kali Tactical System (Filipino Martial Art of stick and blade techniques)
• Brazilian Jiu Jitsu blue belt & Gracie Combatives certified
• Trained overseas in Korea and The Philippines in martial arts
