White Rabbit Mushrooms, LLC is a gourmet mushroom company that regularly grows a variety of oyster mushrooms including blue, pink, and golden oysters, as well as lions mane/bears head. We are currently testing various other kinds of gourmet mushrooms in addition to Panellus Stipticus, a non-poisonous but very bitter strain of a bioluminescent oyster mushroom (it glows in the dark!).
