Whitney Johnson

My name is Whitney Johnson. My hometown is in the little town of Marion, KY. I was born and raised on tradition, love, and Sunday night football. However, I am looking to reach out and start my life around the bright lights. I am looking to move closer to the city life.

I am in the midst of my third year as a student at Western Kentucky University majoring in Advertising, concentrating in Branding, and minoring in Facility and Event Planning. I have very strong ties to Western, as I am the second generation to attend. My mother and father graduated in 1980 and two of my three sisters graduated from Western in 2004 and 2006. Suffice to say that "Big Red" is in our blood!

I am a member of Kappa Delta, as were 2 of my sisters. I have a love of photography and sports, which are exemplified through my positions in my sorority. I serve as the Philanthropy Chair for our Shamrock Shootout. Which is our 5 on 5 basketball tournament to raise money for Preventing Child Abuse America. Also I recently have joined the Student Alumni Association group to farther my involvement on campus.

When I have free time I enjoy socializing, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I am a neat freak and love my Sunday night ritual of cleaning the house. I am a very reliable person and I have excellent communication, interpersonal skill, and pay attention to details.
