I love this work because, in my heart, I'm a problem solver. I find there's something amazing about helping people see the bigger possibilities-and then develop the skills they need to get there. That's why every day I focus on:

-first seeking to understand our customers' goals and then customizing the right solution

-demonstrating the critical actions that will make the most impact for our clients

-providing 1:1 coaching and key resources to build a smart, tech-savvy team

Early in my career, I was more of a one-size-fits-all-manager. But I've learned that the best leaders help you find what's right for you. To do that, you must understand what drives and excites each member of the team—and connect it back to the overall mission. That's when the work becomes truly rewarding.

Away from work, I try to give back by volunteering with our neighborhood civic association. I also co-lead my daughter's Girl Scout troop (yes, lots of badge projects). In the fall, you'll also find me cheering for my favorite football team—go Bucks!
