Since joining Atlanta Public Schools in 2014, Wendell Holmes has transitioned to I.T. Project Coordinator supporting all aspects of the Project Management Office and thoroughly responsible for assisting in administrative functions of project-related assignments including overall planning, tracking and documentation of one or several projects from the project proposal phase to the project closeout in the Project Management Office. Currently, he is assigned to Journeys ELA project, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Teacher Voicemail upgrade projects. He has successfully delivered the Infinite Campus Grade book upgrade, Disaster Recovery site transitions, and the APS Board Room Reservation system.

Wendell Holmes an aspiring, innovative, passionate, and purpose-driven natural born leader with a 21st century paradigm for forecasting, developing, managing, administration, project management, and customer relations came to Atlanta Public Schools from the DeKalb County School System as well as the Fayette County School system in Tennessee where he served as Sr. Administrative Assistant. He also supported Sr. level leaders managing the overall administration of the schools main office.
