Cleary Overweight

My name shall remain nameless until the perfect timing. Let's just call me Cleary. I'm in my 20's, closer to 30 then 20, I'm around 5'5" (a little taller, let's just say I can't and won't wear high heels), I have a son, and I live in Michigan. So, I'm an overweight single mom that can't lose weight or feel comfortable in my own skin. I've tried eating right, exercising, and drinking water. Nothing works. But recently I've been watching a TV series about surgeries (a drama from TNT) and some of the procedures have made me think of getting them if I could afford them and some have made me think twice about getting them down. Some of the characters in the show have reminded me of myself and I feel that if life doesn't change for me those bad and horrible things could happen.
