James Whyle

A short story, The Story, was chosen by JM Coetzee as winner of the 2011 Pen/Studzinski competition. A novel, The Book of War, was short listed for the 2013 Sunday Times Literary Award, and won the 2013 MNet Literary Award for best debut. Wrote the screenplay for the film, Otelo Burning, which has recently been digitally released in the US via the Sundance Institute's Artist Services Program.
