Date me

In 2011, I created proVokasi Seni for Dept. of Art and Culture of Vocational Executive Council. I gave away 2 dozens of the T-shirt for free just based on happiness and satisfaction. I was also selected as vice-chairman of Vocational UI Basketball. On that period, I’m happily made contribution to design the logo and our annual jerseys for free. Fortunately, I never gone broke or become a bum just because of those. Since I did that for my faculty, it felt so fun.

In 2012, I co-founded proVokasi UI. This year proVokasiUI became Vocational official T-shirt. It was sold out in a day and the pre-order was lit. Our twitter, @proVokasiUI, gain more than 1,000 followers. I got percentages from t-shirt’s profit, but once again, I still had the habit to gave away t-shirt. Btw, I became Most Improved basketball Player in Olimpiade UI this year.

Until now, years after i graduated, I still got invitation to attend Vocational events. When I asked why, they always said,”because you’ve created proVokasiUI.” Then, I realized that solving small problem by doing what we love for others-with or without intention to become remarkable-will eventually leaves remarks.

Long story short, went to Europe was an eyed opening perspective and also unforgettable experience. I’ve shared stories with overseas friends about how Jakarta peoples lives an such. But one question from my friend ,”How about you? how you living your life? Are your going to do what other tells you to do, retired and then die as well? haha.” We all laughed but the questions stick on my mind.
