Kathy Flynn

I see a lot of bands live. I take a lot of photos. On a good day, I get to do both at the same time.

I started photographing bands in the early 80's where I was a fixture on the L.A. rock scene. I returned to concert photography in 2011 starting Wicked Goddess Photography.

I am a regular contributor to Loudwire, Diffuser, National Rock Review, Find Your Seen, and Press Pass L.A., and am editor-in-chief of Spice of Wickedness.

I also love travel, architecture, and genre fiction, particularly books by Neil Gaiman, Clive Barker and Joe Hill, and films by Quentin Tarantino and Guillermo Del Toro. My favorite movie is Rosemary's Baby, which may explain why I am obsessed with the Dakota. Or maybe not.

Current obsessions include American Horror Story, Frank Turner, Foo Fighters, Fall Out Boy, Butch Walker, Game of Thrones, Locke & Key, World of Warcraft, Tom Hiddleston, and all things Joss Whedon.
