What started out as a honky tonk band made a wrong turn at Albuquerque and became a hot mess of fantastic nonsense. Influences include Waylon Jennings, Elmore James, The Clash, Tom Waits, The Band, John Coltrane and Canned Heat. If that's not enough to get your ass off the couch, one member of the band once identified 1/2 of NPR's "Piano Puzzler," another member cured cancer but he sold the patent rights to a large pharmaceutical company that he is not legally allowed to name, another member can walk on water while simultaneously chewing gum and ordering a pizza on a prepaid phone, and yet another member hates the Eagles. Additionally, if you correctly identify each band member based on the aforementioned criteria, you get to buy all of them a beer.
