Wig Capitol Foundation also known as WCF a non profit wig recycling organization was founded by Crystal Hughes in year 2009. WCF mission is to provide free wigs to assist individual and health institutions that are in need because of hair loss. WCF has partnered with various schools both public to refurbish the wigs that we collected throughout mail and at our mutible wig donation drop off locations.
