the brainchild of matt & ria wilson; is a collection of the day to day, musings and other things that keep this semi-permanent, quasi-residency or as I like to call it, good 'ol fashioned lunch service going.

matt is a product of bouchon las vegas, sage's cafe slc, son of a gun & sqirl. ria is a product of the mansion las vegas, michael mina, daniel boulud brasserie, canele & is also a sqirl original. working together at sqirl, they were an integral part of the team as its first cdc and sous. it was there that they found their footing, creating specials in addition to contributing to the growth of the menu. at canelé once again with the support of chef corina weibel, they aim to continue that playful and experimental style that knows no cuisine boundary, except by what is dictated by the seasons.
