Sandy Jordan

I'm an artist because I can not be, & an amateur photographer because I love it. I can still get around thanks to some good doctors and a lot of grit and determination. Sometimes I wander the fields, swim and I would still scuba dive if I could just lift my tank. I sit & watch the world and the things I've seen would fill volumes. My dogs are my best friends & birds are my passion. I have chickens, a Quaker parrot and some pigeons. I am retired due to disability which creates many challenges but they say what doesn't kill us only makes us stronger. I'm cut from good cloth and people always know where they stand with me. Some say I'm old, although I feel 12 in my mind, which still works by the way. Some say I'm cantankerous. I can't help what others think and don't much care anyway. I'm loyal to a fault and am sorry to say most I meet don't know what loyalty is. It surprises me sometimes how content I am because I didn't used to be. I have finally attained a goal worthy of the long & difficult pursuit. Come sit a spell and before you leave I might even make you laugh.
