Wilfred Stephen Anfield
Digital Health, Community Design, and son in Washington, D.C.
I’m a digital health and community design strategist (MSW, MPH, CAPM) connecting public and population health, technology, and cultural care traditions to shape systems that include, rather than exclude.
My work centers on digital equity, trauma-informed design, aging justice, and accessibility, all grounded in the lived wisdom of Black Southern care and my role as a court-appointed guardian.
This space is part porch, part purpose—a place for thoughtful tech, joy, and systems built with a spare cup of sugar and a whole lot of intention.
Around here, I move with mason jar values: clear, grounded, and built to preserve what matters most.
