Wilhelm Hast

Wilhelm has inspired individuals and groups for over 20 years, training and developing them in the field of Leadership, Communication and Personal Effectiveness. His passion is the art of evoking powerful insights into the nature of human behaviour and performance, rather than merely presenting theory and models. Since completing his degree in Studies in Faiths and Ideologies (B.A.) at Uppsala University, Wilhelm has had extensive training in numeral technologies and methods for Human Development, as well as in Leadership. He has lectured at the Department of Educational Sciences in Uppsala University and at the MBA Program in Stockholm School of Economics. Since starting his own company (HAST Utveckling AB) in 2001, he has developed Managers and Executives in more than 25% of Sweden’s Top 100 largest companies.
