Will Floersheimer is a talented young financier previously serving at JP Morgan, supporting a multi-billion-dollar portfolio for a diverse array of clients in the public and private sector.

Will Floersheimer is the middle child of three siblings, having an older sister and a younger brother. From preschool until graduating high school, Will attended the same preparatory school. The Brunswick School of Greenwich is a sought-after school for boys. Will took an immediate interest in sports, particularly paddle tennis, soccer, and lacrosse. At the varsity level, Will played all of these, representing the Brunswick School with a specific emphasis on his talents in lacrosse. Also in high school, he garnered high achievements in both academia and the realm of philanthropic giving.

Will and several friends started a 501c3 charity with the help of loved ones called the Blue Blazer Fund. Through the sales of gently used high-end blazers, donations, and grants for which they applied, the small group of Brunswick students managed to raise $250k. The fund benefited youth in Netanya, Israel - particularly other boys near their age. After graduating from the Brunswick School with honors, Will chose the University of Southern California’s highly-respected Marshall School of Business for his undergraduate education.

Will interned in finance every summer. First, he returned to the Manhattan area two consecutive summers to intern for Van Eck Global, a mutual fund/ETF firm specializing in commodities. Then, GoldenTree Asset Management, a hedge fund specializing in distressed credit. In his third year of University, though, Will was offered an internship at one of JP Morgan’s west coast offices in San Francisco. He was so adept in this internship that he was hired full-time as an analyst in JP Morgan’s NYC office immediately after graduation the following year.

Will served as an analyst at JP Morgan Asset Management, managing multi-asset portfolios on behalf of public and corporate pension funds. After gaining this valuable experience, he was promptly promoted to the role of Associate. Supporting a $70B portfolio, Will was tasked with portfolio construction and asset allocation across public and private markets, fundraising new assets, as well as meeting with clients to deliver updates on their investments and commentary on the markets.
