Will Brackenbury
I'm an economics and theatre major with a computer science minor at Denison University, but in the past I have also been a swimmer, a hip-hop dancer, an aikidoka, a chess player, and a pianist. The reason I pursue so many different paths is because I love learning and challenging myself. Through this, I've found that everything I've learned seems to repeat itself--practicing a piece for piano is just like learning a new technique in computer programming, keeping your center in Aikido is just like Suzuki work in theatre, and the movement of pieces in chess mirrors the movement of the economy. That's why I know, whenever starting a new project, that no matter whether it seems relevant or not, I need to insist on quality in my work--for this, too, will teach me something.
