Will Harris

I founded The Rounds to connect physicians across Canada and across specialties because I know that enabling and accelerating communication and collaboration among our doctors will benefit all Canadians.

In University, I discovered a passion for understanding the complex inner workings of societies and individuals while studying Sociology and Psychology. Seeing the world though this lens has proven invaluable while creating an online social environment for Canadian physicians.

My previous work experience ranges vastly, but all of my jobs, professions, and experiences around the world have been incredible learning experiences. They have helped shape my understanding of human condition and time and time again, confirmed that both teamwork and effective communication are among the most important components for ensuring that personal and professional satisfaction is achieved, quality of life is enhanced and the best products are delivered to the masses.

I have travelled and lived in numerous parts of the world and feel incredibly fortunate to have met and worked with so many interesting, intelligent, and unique people along the way. It is the undeniable potential to help those people that motivates and inspires me to develop The Rounds.
