Will Pearse

I use information on species’ evolutionary history and functional traits to understand what structures ecological communities, and am broadly interested in ecology and evolutionary biology. I enjoy developing new methods, and am happiest when I’m coding up something new to answer an interesting question.

I’m a post-doc in the Davies and Peres-Neto labs; before that I was in the Cavender-Bares lab (Minnesota University), and did my PhD in the Purvis Lab (Imperial College London). I contribute to the PEGE blog, and have my own website. I like talking to people, so please do contact me!
