Howdy, I’m Will. This is my 4th year at Morro Bay High School and my 24th year in education. I absolutely love working with this awesome team at MBHS. Our staff, the students, and their families form the fabric of a tremendous, tight-knit community of which I'm very fortunate to be a part.

I have worked as a teacher (math/technology), counselor (at-risk/college), coach (baseball, volleyball, robotics, cross-country) at high schools in Antelope Valley Union High School District and Davis Joint Unified, as well as at the middle school in Atascadero, and as an administrator at the middle school and high school levels. I was privileged to serve as an academic counselor at Cal Poly SLO for two years, and then for the two following summers.

I am a fan of teamwork, positive school culture, continuous improvement, collaboration, and generally of just making school a wonderful place to be for students and adults.

I’m also interested in lifelong learning and leading. My joys are spending time with my wife and son, all things baseball, studying Spanish, team-building, and my book club.
