Willah Joseph Mudolo is the President of Global Operations at African Development Funding Group (ADF), a company that started as an investment company with initiatives in Africa. After a period of growth, ADF expanded to take on investment fund management and private equity deals in Asia and Europe. Mr. Mudolo's role in the company enables him to oversee the implementation of projects globally, in addition to having a say in the company's strategy as a co-founder.

In addition to business leadership experience, Mr. Mudolo also has consulted in the investment and private banking sectors. He has provided financial advice to a range of clients, including governments and high net worth individuals. Along the way, Mr. Mudolo held senior executive roles at firms in the oil, construction and consultancy industries.

Mr. Mudolo has made use of extensive knowledge of various financial topics, including accounting, audit, strategic management, risk management and microfinance institutions to forge a successful career. He has a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting, while also undertaking another in Strategic Planning.

Outside of work, Mr. Mudolo likes to enjoy his personal time by reading books and listening to gospel music. He enjoys books on finance and economics, with Michael Porter's books on marketing among his favourites. He has also travelled the world, with New York, London and Hong Kong among the places he likes to visit. Politics is a passion for Mr. Mudolo, and he's keeping an eye on Zambian politics with a view to contest for the presidency in 2026.
