Leadership has nothing to do with age or position in terms of hierarchy. Many people believe that pay grade determines your leadership level, but it is the other way around. Leader are the ones making the money, not money making the leaders. There are better leaders at the age of 15 than the age of 55, making age not a factor at how good of a leader you are. Leadership had nothing to do with personal attributes, such as looks, speaking abilities, and intelligence. Many people believe leadership to to be anyone with followers. I think leadership is more than that. Sure, you can be popular, but does that really make you a leader? A leader is someone who has followers, that he makes to be their best selves, who then achieve a goal together. Without the achievement of a goal, the leader would just be a teacher. Without making someone into there best selves, they would just be a boss, a commander, or a person with the authority to give orders. A leader is not someone who says, "Lets climb this mountain." But rather, "Lets climb this mountain as fast as possible, with anyone that can beat me getting a reward." Leadership is truly a combination of many different thinks such as growth, coaching, and the goal of completing something of common interest. Leadership is a word that has lost its meaning in recent years, making it not special. To find a true leader, is really something quite amazing.

Values: Leave & Affection, dependability, productivity and results, Wealth and Prosperity, Competence. All go these make me a leader that is motivated to get things done and succeed while also being affectionate and caring.

Three Strengths: Achiever, harmony, command.

The view is always worth the climb.
