Born in Dakar, Senegal to American parents serving in the Foreign Service of the Untied States State Department; and raised in Marlow Heights, Prince George's County Maryland. I was initially trained and educated at Simpson College as a Historian and Political Scientist. But my career path has taken me into records management, library sciences, conference planning and management, event planning, space management, parliamentarian, lecturer and photographer. As a lecturer I have concentrated on American History, African-American History, Washington, D.C. History and Prince George's County, Maryland History. My greatest accomplishment is the Washington, D. C. Black History National Recreation Trail in Washington, D.C.. Using all talents Willard Hutt, is available for lectures, speeches, presentations on any number of historic topics and subject matter plusI am available for tours of Washington, D.C. and Prince George's County, Maryland. lastly, for the past twenty plus years I have been developing my talents, skills, abilities, experiences as a photographer; concentrating my photography talents as a wildlife, nature, landscape and commercial photopher.
