Social Entrepreneur in Accra, Ghana
Willem Alexander Coleman is a sports business professional, social entrepreneur, and strategist driven by a simple belief: talent is universal, but opportunity is not — and systems can be built to change that.
With academic grounding in economics and an MBA in Sports Management from the UCAM Spanish Sports University, my career spans banking, marketing, food entrepreneurship, and elite sports administration across Europe and Africa. This multidisciplinary journey has shaped my ability to operate at the intersection of sport, business, media, and community development.
My professional experience includes roles in sports operations and project delivery with Centa14 Sports and Entertainment, where I contributed to international initiatives such as global youth tournaments and cross-continental football engagements. I have also served as Chief Operating Officer of Accra Hearts of Oak during a league-winning period, further deepening my practical understanding of club management and high-performance environments.
Today, I am the founder of Arasmatazz Sports, a platform built to democratise access to structured competition, content creation, and commercial opportunities for emerging athletes. Its flagship grassroots football property, Swaggaball, blends tournament play, digital engagement, and storytelling to create visibility pathways for young talent while generating value for teams, fans, and partners.
Complementing this ecosystem is a consumer brand concept, Tazz, a lifestyle beverage positioned around sport, energy, and youth culture, reinforcing the broader vision of building interconnected platforms across participation, content, and commerce.
Beyond entrepreneurship, I operate as a communications strategist and political aide, applying strategic thinking to leadership positioning, stakeholder engagement, and narrative development in Ghana’s public sphere.
Born and raised in the Netherlands and rooted in Ghana, I bring a global outlook shaped by multicultural academic and professional environments. I am comfortable navigating diverse contexts, building partnerships across borders, and translating ideas into executable ventures.
My work is anchored in integrity, opportunity creation, and long-term ecosystem building — whether through grassroots sport, youth development initiatives, or collaborative projects that connect talent with platforms.
At heart, I am a builder of movements, brands, and pathways.
