Willem Boijens
Willem has built an international career in marketing, innovation and design with over 20 years of experience. His work has spanned a variety of business functions - business development, brand, product, service and technology - in many industries - telecom, consumer electronics, FMCG, media and entertainment, financial services, automotive, and sustainable energy.
Prior to joining Adaptive Path, Willem spent ten years immersed in the mobile industry, working for Vodafone, Libertel and Vizzavi, collaborating with partners like Google, Samsung and many more. Before the world of mobile came calling, he worked in sustainable energy for Novem during the nineties.
Willem is also the founder of hallstatt, a communication platform for economy and culture, and WJHB MI&D, a marketing innovation consultancy. He frequently speaks on design and user experience at international conferences such as LIFT, DMI, MEX and MoMo. Willem is an experienced art curator and a runner. You can often find him lacing up his trainers at the break of dawn.
