Will Everitt is a London-based composer and arranger. His music has been described as having “mature élan” (4barsrest) and “breathtaking” (ayoungishperspective). He is interested in the spaces between genres, focusing around the meeting points between classical, jazz and modern metal aesthetics.

Will’s music has been performed/recorded by BBC Concert Orchestra, National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain, East London Brass, Ben Smith and Mira Benjamin. His music has been performed at venues including Battersea Arts Centre, Milton Court Barbican, Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall and Blackheath Halls.

Will has enjoyed success in several composition competitions. He was the winner of the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain’s 2024 Composition Competition, as well as the 2021 BBC Young Composers Competition.

Will is currently studying Classical Composition at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama under Dr Sylvia Lim and Laurence Crane, with a 2nd study in jazz composition and arranging under Scott Stroman.
