I grew up in Queens, New York, the largest borough in NYC. So many people think that Queens is part of Long Island. But it is not . I attended P.S 144, which stands for public school. I started to play school in my basement and decided that I wanted to be a teacher. That was my first love and then I decided to be a principal. I LOVE CHILDREN and am passionate that we must make best decisions with the mindset of CHILDREN ARE FIRST. Amidst all of the toxicity, we must ensure that children are being nurtured and loved first, no matter what their environment is or what familles they come from. We must advovate for our children. IT DOES TAKE A VILLAGE TO raise a child.
