Will Holland

With 22 years of training experience in both the Public and Private sectors covering different business areas I specialize in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector, Physical Intervention and in Conflict Management.

This includes design and delivery of the training as well as conducting a Training Needs Analysis which is required before any bespoke training is designed. Part of my remit is to also mentor and evaluate the training team and with having worked globally in the deliverance of Conflict Management training I have been fortunate in gaining vital experience and knowledge which I am now able to pass on to others. Whilst the running of Quell consumes so much of my time (which I enjoy, yes a bit of a workaholic), I also try to take some time out to enjoy the nicer things in life.

A lifelong passion of mine is motor bikes and I currently have a BMW GS1200 which is a great way to beat the traffic! I also try to keep fit (which is necessary in my industry) through not only being involved in training in Physical Intervention, but to burn away some of the day to day stresses I like to get out for a run, which is just as well as like many I do enjoy eating out and a glass of two of good wine! As above I love my work but I have a passion and desire to reduce the problems relating to Workplace Violence and through this commitment, I have developed a raft of experience in both Conflict Management and the new ever developing subject of Physical Intervention, that although sounds aggressive is far apart from what I used to teach in the areas of Control & Restraint.
