William Brooks

Though I have found success academically and professionally across a wide range of disciplines, writing above all is my greatest strength, my passion, and what I would like to make my career.

When I'm not writing, or thinking of things to write, I'm probably gaming, or thinking of games to make. Otherwise, chances are I can be found outdoors, hiking, swimming, taking photos, or off on some other adventure.

My travels have taken me to the ruins of Rome, the lakes of Ontario, and the jungles of Brazil. More recently I have just traveled across the country, from the beaches of California, across the mountains and through the desert, back to the green, green grass of home, Illinois.

Though always planning my next adventure, I am looking to remain in the Midwest, and actively seeking technical and creative writing positions in the area. Please contact me if you're interested in learning more.
