WILLIAM M. COX
I am a sixth grade English Language Arts teacher at Carolina Springs Middle School. My primary role is to assist students in developing effective reading, writing and oral communication skills. My primary goal is to help prepare students to become productive citizens both academically, socially and ethically.
I have been a certified teacher for nine years. Prior to my career in education, I had an opportunity to follow a number of different careers in business. I earned a Bachelor of Arts, English from the University of South Carolina.
My family includes my wife, Frances and my daughter, Caroline. Frances is a Media Specialist at Red Bank Elementary and Caroline is a medical student at the Medical University of South Carolina.
