A senior vice president with West Energy Capital/Offshore in Redondo Beach, California, William Kelleher evaluates offshore US oil and gas assets for potential acquisition and manages a range of on-site development operations. Before assuming this position in 2017, he served three years as the founding CEO of Addison Resources in Ventura, California, and the founding chairman and CEO of New World Oil and Gas in London, England. William Kelleher has also overseen a range of offshore oil drilling development and engineering processes within the former Soviet Union as an executive vice president with the YUKOS Oil Corporation.

Outside of the professional environment, Mr. Kelleher is an avid world traveler, an amateur pilot, and a competitive yacht racer. He also enjoys playing tennis. In an effort to give back to the communities that support him, he has volunteered with the Down Syndrome Association of Houston and served on the board of directors for Kids & Families Together.
