My 1st personal computer - a Texas Instruments TI99-4A. I began writing software as a 13 year old hobbiest, enjoying the incremental learning aspects which accompanies beginning programming. I eventually went on to enter the field of software engineering, after obtaining my BS in Applied Mathematics from UCSB, My early career was with McDonnel Douglas working on the C17 Program, developing solutions within the Avionics arena. Later, I went back to school, obtained my MS degree is Software Engineering Program Management from Carnegie Mellon University. I currently have a small (tiny, minescule, just me...) software start-up which provides me an opportunity to do creative things while maintaining a living from work :)
