I am a commercial, corporate and event photographer who recently relocated to the Inland Northwest (far north Idaho) after 6 years in Dallas. I specialize in corporate communications - from business headshots to advertising and marketing images, and now offer video production services as well.

An active member of the American Society of Media Photographers, I have served multiple terms as President of the San Diego and Dallas chapters.

A native of Durham North Carolina, I grew up as a true Tarheel - although I eventually attended East Carolina University. I served 9 years in the US Navy as an Avionics Technician and Instructor. My time in the Navy allowed me to see a lot of the world.

While in the Navy I opened his first portrait studio specializing in boudoir photography. Upon moving to CA for Instructor duty I both helped manage a mall portrait studio and opened my own studio focusing on boudoir, model portfolios and headshots. This led to my first advertising shoots, and I gradually shifted to commercial work thereafter.

After my time in the Navy I completed a Bachelor degree in Information Technology (with a concentration in Web Management). I followed that with a Master of Business Administration, with my MBA concentration in Project Management.

I now keep busy photographing executives and entrepreneurs, conventions and conferences, and fun events. My closest markets now are Coeur d'Alene ID and Spokane WA, but much of my work still comes from Dallas and occasionally from my old San Diego stomping grounds.
