I'm an accomplished IT Professional with extensive experience in support procedures and policies, and I've developed a strong expertise in providing superior technical support for top-level corporate executives while simultaneously managing multiple projects.

As technology changes almost daily, I enjoy the challenge by also adapting quickly to incorporating emerging technology into my toolbox.I'm comfortable working with a variety of platforms, software, and hardware for PCs, Macs, and mobile devices.

My understanding of technological systems has allowed me to work on both sides of the support system. I work with clients to help them understand their systems and to learn how to troubleshoot their own IT issues and determine when to call in the big guns, and I also train and mentor technicians to ensure that they're prepared to provide the highest, most efficient, and clearest end user support.

My proven ability to connect technology and business is to provide productive, cost-effective solutions to assist companies in maintaining their bottom lines. As an excellent written and verbal communicator who's dedicated to building strong, lasting client relationships; I've also utilized that communication skill in leading teams to achieve shared goals while minimizing downtime and increasing efficiency.
