I have lived through an amazing journey with a variety of incredible opportunities to make a difference. I have been involved with large corporations, mid-size companies, and even startups. I have been an employee, a consultant, and a partner. And through all of those various organizations, I have been involved with transitions, such as new products initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and new industry-shifting evolution.

My roles within companies have been to do, lead, manage, and strategize within sales, warehousing/distribution, product management, marketing, information technology, and continuous improvement. And since my consulting days, I found that I have a passion and strength to identify opportunities and lay out ideas on how to capitalize on those opportunities.

I have consistently received feedback from others on my teams that I get involved, learn from others on the team to be the best possible teammate to them, and help teammates be the best they can be. I am the kind of person you look to when in the midst of organizational and business improvement. I have that way of looking at problems and challenges as opportunities and offer creative solutions that result in my fearlessly tackling difficult tasks and also building others around me to achieve greater results as a team.

I like to influence team dynamics to build a strong understanding of skills and expertise, then use effective communication and collaboration to ensure everyone is aligned and energized about the goals, plans, and execution.
