William Dordelman

William Dordelman serves as Operating Principal at Kohlberg & Company L.L.C. and Kohlberg Investors IV, V and VI L.P. Prior to joining Kohlberg & Company in 1998, Mr. Dordelman served as Chief Executive Officer of Colorado Prime Corporation from 1992 to 1998. Prior to that, he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of The Manischewitz Company (B. Manischewitz Company), another Kohlberg & Company portfolio company. He served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of RAB Food Group LLC. He served at General Foods Corp. for 22 years and served in various management capacities including President of the Food Products Division and Group Vice President responsible for the General Foods’s six Packaged Convenience Foods Divisions. He served as Chairman of Colorado Prime Corporation from 1992 to 1998. Mr. Dordelman serves as a Director of Invisible Technologies Inc., New YourGrocer LLC (Formerly YourGrocer.com) and Innotek Inc., Hot Stuff Foods, LLC (formerly, Orion Food Systems L.L.C.). Mr. Dordelman has been Director of Critical Homecare Solutions Holdings, Inc. since August 2006. Mr. Dordelman received a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a M.B.A. from Harvard University.
