William Liss

Working with wood has been a passion of mine for nearly 20 years. It all began with a refinish job I took on for my grandfather. It was a beat up old cherry secretary. This piece of furniture was dinged, scratched, stained and varnished. It had a wood framed poured glass door. This was to open a door to a passion I didn't realize I had inside of me.

Sense then over the years my passion and love of wood and wood products has only grown. I am self taught and I use the mentality that anything I build I build it with the same love and meticulas professionalism as I would for my own family as I once did for my grandfather with his very old cherry secretary.

Over the years, my projects have included but not limited to, hardwood rocking horses, walnut music boxes, red oak personal hand mirrors, solid hardwood cedar chests, custom wagons, childrens easel's, toy train engines,cutting boards made from multiple hardwoods... the list can go on.
