I am an idealistic realist who has committed my life and profession to helping achieve the balance between profitable companies and the betterment of society as a whole.

I believe that responsibility and humor can operate simultaneously. I have lived in 4 different countries and continue to educate myself on how profitable companies and the social needs of the world are able to co-exist ethically. Business can be and should be the catalyst which helps create a more just and sustainable world.

My passions are leadership, culture development, people engagement and social responsibility. The success of business and the forward mobility of humanity don't have to stand on the opposite sides of the same fence...I have chosen to make that my life's work.

My more philanthropic passion is poverty alleviation. Poverty is unnecessary and I stand with those working to bring about the timely demise of this imposed plight upon humanity. I am currently a member of the Board of Trustees for Touchlife Global Network, an NGO in Namibia that is focused on developing real solutions for the needs of African communities. Their current project focus is drilling wells to provide safe, clean drinking water for those who would otherwise not have access.

I am a business advisor to help engineer the internal atmosphere of organizations, but I also work to help those less fortunate. The more I can get these two things to overlap, the happier I am. I do keynote speaking engagements, workshops for organizational leaders, as well as in-depth consulting for organizations looking to improve in these areas.
