William Tsioumas

William Tsioumas is a sophomore undergraduate student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Majoring in Accounting, he plans on graduating with a Master's of Science in Accounting and a minor in Personal Financial Planning. His primary goal is to become a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner, holding both designations after graduating in 2017.

William has a precise and analytical personality where he strives to get ahead and continuously improve on what he does. This attitude has lead him to excel in many areas, allowing him to become a member in honorary organizations such as, Alpha Lambda Delta/ Phi Eta Sigma. He is from the Dallas area, where he grew up most of his life, and at age eleven he moved to Athens, Greece where he lived until graduating high school. Living in Greece for seven years, William gained valuable experience, such as cultural insights, a good economic perspective and overall international understanding. Though not completely fluent, William can speak and understand Greek quite well.
