I am not a writer. I am ...a storyteller. The story is something unique. It truly is the great escape. Timeless. Memorable. Transformative.

The storyteller has a very powerful voice and mission. Stories convey culture, politics, humor, life messages, and examples of extraordinary valor, strength, and determination. They take us on epic journeys into the lives of larger-than-life characters in situations that are impossible, absurd, comical, or life affirming. We want to be amused, inspired, frightened, or shocked. And we will take these stories off the silver screen or television and share them for others to hear and enjoy.

I am not a writer. That is something anybody can do. I am ...a storyteller.In a prior career, the studios and agencies were my clients. I never thought, anticipated, or imagined that the situation would ever be ...reversed. But life happens.

I realize that this is a collaborative business. The script is merely the backbone, the two-dimensional framework for what is to be. Great actors are my ambassadors to the story. Dynamic and creative directors and DP's assemble the pieces. The result is a cinematic journey transcending time, distance, and reality.
