William David Hill

The president of Caulk Management Co. in the Chesapeake Bay town of Easton, Maryland, William David Hill oversees the acquisition, development, and management of commercial real estate properties in the lodging and hospitality industry. In addition to managing award-winning hotels in Maryland, Caulk operates successful locations in Maine and South Carolina. Dr. Hill holds official status as a Hilton Titanium member due to his ownership of multiple Hilton hotels.

Before entering the hotel management business, he led community banking operations as the founder and chief executive officer of Easton Bancorp, an organization that owned and operated Easton Bank & Trust. Delmarva Bank Shares ultimately purchased Easton Bancorp in 2015.

Earlier in his administrative and entrepreneurial career, Dr. Hill developed and managed multiple medical facilities, including a skilled-nursing center and two different assisted-living complexes. He has also owned a child-care organization and five full-service car washes in two states.
